inadequate soundproofing temperature control
the hotel's proximity to the metro station was acceptable, providing easy access to various attractions.
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms, and the temperature control was not precise. the inability to properly regulate the room temperature was particularly frustrating, it was either too hot or remained uncomfortably warm. i expect more responsive climate control in a hotel of this class.

amazing staff wonderful experience
the staff was really amazing they were very cute patient and helpful i found the breakfast to be a wonderful experience i was upgraded to a superior room free of charge the room facilities were very good it reminded me of a five-star hotel category.

breakfast offered a great selection of chinese and western options the variety was satisfying with many choices i found the breakfast experience quite enjoyable and well-prepared during my mornings here the available dishes cater to different tastes.

the front desk staff was helpful they communicated well in english this made all my interactions very smooth and easy the team showed great professionalism and courtesy throughout my visit demonstrating their dedication to guest satisfaction.

Decent Location, Some Issues
missing bathtub interior view
The room was a decent size. it lacked a bathtub. My room faced the interior, overlooking the breakfast area (I had requested a city view). Noise from adjacent rooms was excessive, with loud yelling occurring between 3:00 AM and 6:30 AM. I struggled to control the room's temperature. It was either hot or hotter, despite the cold weather outside. The inability to cool the room down impacted my stay.

the location offered great access to transportation. breakfasts included many options with both local and european flavors. the room was well-equipped, also the beds provided good comfort.
i encountered some issues . my room lacked a bathtub, though it was quite spacious. i also faced some noise issues from neighboring rooms during early morning hours. it was difficult to adjust the room temperature to a cooler setting.

missing bath disruptive noise
the staff seemed helpful .
My room lacked a bath. i also found it hard to adjust the room temperature. It was consistently too warm despite the winter weather outside. the noise from adjacent rooms was also disruptive, with loud conversations occurring at very early hours.
